​PK Govt/ State Engineers learning the hard way.

Now, in 2019 they are learning and compelled to follow what 'we the people', foresighted and explicitly reiterated in 2017, that to postpone Elections 2018, save the budget and instead invest it into the order below: 

1-Technocrat Govt x 20 months 
2-Referendum for Presidential system
3-General Presidential Elections 2020 

Now, they are realizing that elected MNAs were worthless, no good for PK, and replacing them with non elected Technocrats. n=16 so far. “Wazir nahi Mushir Chahiye”

As per Z’ Doctrine 2020:
We only need 20 people out of 20 crore to fix the country, who would work 20 hours a day for 20 months to fix the system and elections to be held in 2020.
